Burns Night 2026

 Slàinte Mhath! – Raise a glass with us for Burns Night at The Walmer Castle.

Join us as we celebrate Burns Night with a full week of Scottish-inspired food, drink and cheer. From Monday 19th through to Sunday 25th January, we’ll be running a series of specials alongside our delicious seasonal à la carte – and on Sunday, everything sits proudly alongside our seasonal roast menu, ensuring everyone gets their fill of Scotland’s finest traditions.

Expect hearty plates of haggis with neeps & tatties, beautifully cooked Aberdeen Angus beef, and classic comfort dishes that pay tribute to the Scottish table & our very own Jamie Kelly will be with us, back by popular demand on the bagpipes on Wednesday 21st of January.

At the bar, we’ll have whisky cocktails galore – from smoky and bold to beautifully balanced and refreshing. And for the lucky few, we’ll even be pouring whisky cocktails on tap, a playful nod to the spirit of the celebration on Thursday 22nd January, join us in the bar!
